I would encourage anyone with this condition to look into "Grain Bowls" as a wonderful tool for clean eating. This book provides tips and tools for eating in a manner that supports and nurtures your body in a way that is very satisfying. Weight loss is a natural by-product of way your body uses natural fiber for nutrition. The flavors are wonderful and are natural and healthy.

Bought this after seeing it at a friends house and I love it. I have the Salads one, the Toast one and now this one. It's my favorite out of the three. The salmon avocado snap pea grain bowl is to die for. The best part about it is that the recipes in this book do not take very long to make.

Basically a good book, without some of the crazy ingredients I've seen in other such books. Basic grain cooking instructions along with good combinations and sauces to enhance things. The tuna with cannellini beans my favorite so far.

Really simple and easy to follow cookbook. I make 3 of the recipes a week to last 2-3 meals each. I like to throw in extra protein, like soft boiled eggs. The dressing recipes are simple and delicious.

I am currently going to a naturopath for cancer. I needed new recipes with the goal of staying away from any type of flour. This is a very nice book, love the pictures, easy to follow recipes and great ideas for healthy eating.

This quickly became one of my favorite cookbooks. And I have a lot of cookbooks. Very healthy and easy recipes.

This is such a nice, useful book that stretches to accommodate both the novice, who wants all the help he/she can get, to the advanced cook, who would always have these ingredients in their well-stocked kitchen. I love incorporating grains into my meals and these recipes offer great opportunity, some with beautifully complex flavors and some with simple, yet quality ingredients. I am especially looking forward to preparing several of these bowls in the fall and winter when I tend to lose my craving for lettuce salads.

What a fantastic book of easy to whip together, tasty recipies that you want to eat. Makes eating simple and joyful!
